These terms govern your use of VavaMeet (vavameet.com). By accessing or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use VavaMeet.
Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, browsing the service, or using any VavaMeet feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms, together with our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these terms for them.
Eligibility — Adults 18+ Only
VavaMeet is strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement. We may ask for age verification at any time and may suspend or remove accounts that fail or refuse it.
Acceptable Use
VavaMeet is a warm, playful space for adults, and it stays that way because of a few firm rules. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or engage in hate speech.
- Share or request any content involving minors, or any illegal content — ever. Such material is reported to the authorities.
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute another user’s video, images, or messages without their consent.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, or run scams, spam, or commercial solicitation.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, scrape user data, or circumvent safety or payment systems.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
Your Account and Conduct
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One person, one account — don’t share, sell, or transfer it. What you say and show in conversations is your responsibility; treat anything you reveal on camera or in chat as potentially public.
Virtual Items and Payments
Browsing VavaMeet is free; certain features or extended interactions may require payment, credits, or another form of paid access. Prices are shown before you pay. Purchases are generally final except where required by law, and any unused credits or virtual items are handled as described at checkout. Where a subscription is offered, it renews until cancelled through your account settings.
Content and Behavior
Video calls on VavaMeet happen in real time between consenting adults and are not public broadcasts. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — transmitting, hosting, and displaying it as part of the product. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for what other users say or do, though we provide tools to leave, block, and report any conversation.

VavaMeet is an independent video social service and is not affiliated with Vava.chat or other third-party platforms referenced for informational purposes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we make no promises about the conduct, identity, or intentions of other users. You use VavaMeet and interact with others at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VavaMeet and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use VavaMeet after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
